  • In his role as Central Ohio Hospital Council (COHC) president and CEO, Klingler is responsible for identifying and implementing collaborative initiatives of the four Franklin County hospital systems. He is a liaison between COHC and elected officials, community and business leaders, and other local constituency groups.

    Since starting COHC in 2008, Klingler has been recognized for the council’s work on infant mortality, behavioral health care, opiate addiction, and other health needs of Franklin County residents. Klingler was named by Columbus Business First as a 2017 Champion of Healthcare and twice as 20 People to Know in Health Care. Klingler is a member of the governing boards of Lifeline of Ohio Organ Procurement and the Institute for Health Innovation of the Ohio Hospital Association. He is chair of the national Conference of Metropolitan Hospital Associations. He received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The Ohio State University in 1991.

  • Kristin Stevens is an experienced Executive Coach and Senior Leadership Consultant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She has a passion for helping leaders create open and trusting environments in which employees can thrive. She has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams at all levels to enhance their performance, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Kristin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation as well as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is certified practitioner of the EQi 2.0 and EQ 360, DISC & Motivators, CliftonStrengths, Hogan, Workplace Big 5, Personalysis, and the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey.

    Prior to joining Ohio State, Kristin worked at Nationwide Insurance for almost 10 years, specializing in Team Effectiveness and Coaching. Her path has included embodiment coaching, business and career coaching, organizational development, and management consulting. She holds a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird and an MBA from The Ohio State University. She lives in Gahanna with her husband, Jason, and two children, Clara (17) and Lauren (15). She enjoys hiking, mind/body practices, and delicious, healthy food.

  • Ann Metzler is a trained executive coach, organizational effectiveness expert in leadership development, team effectiveness and general human resources. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of workplace environments, including the non-profit sector for the Center of Science and Industry (COSI the #1 Science Museum in the nation), the corporate sector for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Human Resources Team, the academic sector for The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Office of Advancement, and currently in academic medicine for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Ms. Metzler holds a BA in Communications from Geneva College and a MA in Workforce Development and Education from The Ohio State University. She is passionate about people and helping them reach their full potential.

  • Bill serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Information Services for Dayton Children’s since June 2022. Previously Bill served 25 years in the U.S. Air Force as a healthcare administrator specializing in health information technology. After retirement he led a project to build Alaska’s first health information exchange (HIE) and later was the operations manager for Alaska Medicaid for over five years. Bill has an MBA and M.S. in Information Systems from Mississippi State University and also holds an M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. Bill is a board-certified Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

  • Katherine Margard serves as executive assistant to senior leadership at OhioHealth, one of the largest healthcare systems in Ohio. Executives she’s supported include the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Regional Market President. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with C-level executives in healthcare, education, and other non-profit organizations.

    Katherine is an experienced corporate trainer, speaker at regional, national, and international conferences, and is a regular guest lecturer at a local community college. She proudly helped establish two administrative professionals’ networks and is an enthusiastic advocate for the profession. She’s also always on the hunt for new free quality training resources to stay sharp in trends affecting the administrative profession.

  • Tim Robinson is the chief executive officer of Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Robinson first joined Nationwide Children’s in 1995, and his innovative approach to navigating complex economic, regulatory and business challenges has helped the hospital transform from an important regional children’s health care system into a preeminent academic medical center.

    In his nearly 25 years with Nationwide Children’s, Robinson has held the titles of assistant treasurer, senior vice president, executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer. Robinson earned his bachelor’s of science degree from Indiana University, where he double majored in Psychology and Business Administration, and he is a Certified Cash Manager.
